Called to get my old pinball machine fixed. Made the appointment for 2:00 that day. Matt arrived on time and was very nice, and knew exactly how to fix my machine. He did an excellent job- he was very professional and efficient. I would would highly and will definitely recommend him and his work. Five stars for me! ;)

I called Matt at Downtown Arcade after a technician from OC Pinballs didn't post for a scheduled appointment and the owner was not responsive to a rescheduling request. Matt arrived early, fixed the problems I had, provided tips for maintenance and possible enhancements, and charged a fair price (a savings over what OC Pinballs quoted). A great experience and I will be calling him again to the extent I need anything with respect to my pinball machine.
I contact the owner over the phone thinking that he was one of my local repair shop but I live here in Modesto California that’s about six hour from this location . The gentleman the owner of this business was very kind enough to walk me through over the phone and solve my problem which I had a shortage on one of my gaming unit from my store . The problem was fixed over the phone he didn’t charge me for anything and I guarantee to you anyone that goes with his service they would be happy like I said he help me over the phone to solve my problem taking his time which he didn’t need to ..
I can't say enough good things about Matt. I needed the monitor in my Golden Tee machine fixed. He knew the problem immediately and had me up and running in a few days. On his way out he noticed and fixed the lines in my Marvel VS. Capcom game without charge. Real customer service is hard to find and while I hope I don't need repairs in the future, I know where to go if I do.
