Following an accident with a drink and a laptop, the guys at The Gadget Xchange were able to retrieve all the documents from the non-functioning laptop thus saving me from a lot of stress. EDIT: Thanks for replying, the reason I gave 4 stars was just due to the fact that I had to ring a number of times. I was given a date when someone would call me and they didn't, so I rang. It wasn't ready, was given another date it would be ready, then I'd ring to check and it wouldn't be. This happened a few times.
