AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would! I called today to exchange goods for a different size, not wanting to change products, just from a large to a medium as it was bought for a present and I did not have the receipt. This was not allowed as I did not have a receipt. However, I had travelled 15 miles to exchange. \We need a receipt\. Clearly the goods had not been used but there was NO COMMON SENSE. In a climate where high st shops are fighting for business from online retailers this should NOT have happened! This is the LAST TIME I SHOP HERE!

After recently shopping with my husband to help get a pair of boots I was not best pleased with the reception and attitude of the till girl with short blonde hair on Thursday when we asked for help as we were waiting a significant amount of time for someone to help us, not only was the girl abrupt, she was rude and completely uninterested in even trying to help when we said nobody seems to be around, after waiting twenty minutes or more,a young lad who seemed to be doing all the hard work and was really helpful was the only one seen most of the time, upon leaving after finally receiving customer service, all the female staff that was eventually seen seemed to be spending more time on thier phones than actually working and would have no idea if anybody walked in or out which is a potential security issue and very rude customer service
