Reminds me of the butchers of my childhood in the 1960s. The meat is of a uniformly high quality . Gluten free sausages that get around the problem of off-flavours in gluten free rusk by leaving it out ! superbly spiced and seasoned. I used to go with a full shopping list , i have reverted to looking at the cuts for sale and then making a menu to suit. Recommended ,

Best pork pies in the world, but be quick or they’ll sell out. Get one when it’s just out of the oven. OMG!
Top butchers. All meat properly aged superb quality. And the pies are excellent. I drive from Eastbourne just to shop here!!
