I have previously bought online from this sale room without any issues. Indeed when I last collected the staff were a delight. However my latest purchase was incorrectly catalogued as being antique when it is clearly it has no age at all - at least I don't think Pozidriv screws have been around that long! To be honest, I am astonished that their valuer thought it was old. I accept that mistakes happen but a goodwill gesture such as waiving the buyer's premium would have kept me happy. What really narks me is that the auction room has simply ignored my emails and phone calls. To me, this is just bad manners. I'm now 230 plus a further 60 in courier costs lighter, and the item concerned is going straight onto eBay.

Nice auction centre, you never can tell what you may find, so keep an eye on there site, they have all sorts of lots from bikes to sofa, games and TV, so give them a try, also good for selling things too
