The thought of planning my mums funeral was such a heartache, however Julie was amazing in helping my sisters & I, so sympathetic, understanding & most of all caring. Julie put us all at ease. Julie was on the other end of the phone anytime we had questions. My mums service went so smoothly. Everything was just right. We was so delighted. Thank you so much Julie & Dove funerals. We were unfortunate enough to lose two very close people over a very short space of time. We used Doves for both a burial and cremation service, and for both we received a very heartfelt experience. The experience our family received was next to none, Julie went above and beyond to ensure the funerals ran as smoothly as possible, she informed us of all our options and went out of her way to make sure the things we wanted were accommodated for. Julie called me regularly to make sure I was ok, she is very friendly and welcoming on visiting the funeral home. She provided me with a great deal of support over the passed few months when I visited the funeral home and I always felt my loved ones were best cared for, Julie looks after those who have passed like she knew them personally which I think is very comforting. All the staff we met were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful particularly Lorraine who attended both funerals and made sure both ran as smoothly as they could and took care of our family making sure we were all well cared for throughout. I can’t thank Julie, Lorraine and team enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you all do an amazing job making a difficult time as pleasant as possible. Nobody likes to say goodbye to a love one, arranging a funeral can be a very difficult process, however with Julie's kind and professional manner she has made the process that much easier for us to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and she is so approachable.
