The service was very well organised. Robert managed to arrange everything very quickly. We came to him and in one week’s time we already had the ashes. He was very supportive and gave us some good advice. He helped us to arrange the vicar for the service and it all made this time very special and memorable for us. We are very grateful for his understanding, care and suggestions. We would definitely recommend his company.

After reading such untrue and unpleasant remarks about the above gentlemen I thought it only fair I share my positive experiences with Robert Kent Funerals and indeed Mr Kent himself. I contacted Robert for a initial quote, He abliged with great detail and compassion. Naturally and very much gladly I have not organised many funerals and have reached time in my life where I am attending more and more, but I can say without a doubt Robert was extremely professional, kind and most of all care. Genuine care. I would say without any doubt in my mind the unpleasant and slanderous remarks are more than jealousy nothing to do with the business. I couldn’t fault Robert on anything. Punctuality, professionalism and more importantly compassion. I am saddened it would seem others have to dip to such lows as to lie perfusley about him.
