I approached Laura in 2017 for my wedding dress alterations but also because i was looking for a bespoke bridal shrug to be made. At my initial meeting with Laura we discussed fabrics and styles and she creates wonderful drawings to bring your ideas to life, offering alternatives. She had a difficult task of altering my dress as i am petite and the tricky fabric made it all that harder but with regular contact and fittings she made it fit amazingly! All my guests commented on how beautiful my shrug was and i cant speak highly enough of Laura and the service she provides. Anyone considering bespoke pieces should look no further. ️

If there were more rating stars available I would give them to Laura! It was the most wonderful experience sitting down and talking through ideas for my wedding dress, refining them and choosing fabrics together, then seeing the dress take shape each time I visited. Knowing that my wedding dress was made locally was really important to me, and keeping clear of the 'hard sales pitch' I had experienced in high street boutiques. My wedding dress really didn't take long to make, was EXACTLY what I wanted and totally unique to me, and for a much better price than anything I'd seen in a shop. From start to finish working with Laura - with her kind and patient attitude towards everyone - was a complete joy and I will be forever thankful for my perfect wedding dress :)
