My husband and I went in to renew gun permits. We were greeted immediately and filled out paperwork. We were asked to step to another window and waited there a few minutes but no one came so original person came back and finished up. Went back to get pictures taken and we were done. Quick and easy, friendly service.

website/online says office closes at five but each individual service of the probate office has different hours. Went to get my marriage license at 4:25 assuming I had 35 minutes to get a piece of paper and was told they stop doing it at 4:15. A sign as I was leaving said 4. If it closes at 5, it closes at 5.
It makes zero sense for the staff to be as rude as they are!! If your job is customer servicing, then why have an attitude when I'm calling because I need help!! This is beyond ghetto.
