I am thoroughly displeased with the service my boyfriend received from this location. His first visit was fine. But at the following 3 visits he was treated like a pin cushion. He is a big guy with GREAT, popping, VERY visible veins. There is no reason why he should have experienced the level of discomfort he did. Today he left with a “hematoma”, though he explained to me how the crease of his arm bubbled up and the side of his arm swole. He can’t move his arm at all. I advised him not to go back after his last visit, but this definitely encouraged him to let today be his final visit. If this facility can not adequately maintain the high volume of clients they receive with proper care and accuracy, they should look into getting better staff. There was one lady on his first visit that was good. Other than that everyone else should revisit their courses at phlebotomy school. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

1st time donating here took almost 4.5 hours. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but they were extremely understaffed today, at least at the check in. The pay is average for Plasma donations centers.. It is a very clean facility! Not sure if I'll ever be back. To long to wait to donate.

I was there for 5 hours as a first time donor.....was told next donation would only take about an hour. My second time, there 3 hours. It seems like they are so under staffed....I'm new to donating and I'm already completely turned off by continuing if it takes this long. Update, came back in hopes of getting a better solution. My experience here only got worst!!!! Appointment was at 3pm.... waited in line to donate 1 he. It's now 5:03 pm and still haven't been hooked up. This is crazy! I've also noticed that several donors were done and their seats weren't cleaned.....there is trash on the floors. These poor techs are over worked! How can they do their jobs properly without causing injury to donors when they don't even get to take their required breaks? Upper Management needs to step up .

During my last two appointments at BioLife, I've had to deal with problem after problem. The management here is not considerate of the issues which are caused by the negligence of their employees because they simply do not care. During my last appointment, the technician stuck the 17 gauge needle only halfway in my arm, causing the needle to poke up against the surface of my skin from inside my arm. It was very painful. This guy didn't know what he was doing and according to my doctor, he blew a vein. This isn't supposed to happen. Since I declined to let him stick my other arm, I got deferred for 14 days. Yes, I had to pay for his mistake. When I came back, management shifted the blame to me as if the technician did not mess up his job in the slightest. They said that if I declined to donate again, I would be deferred for 180 days. Maybe I should have let him blow veins in both of my arms so I wouldn't be penalized. Come to think of it, it was my fault. I shouldn't have come here to begin with. Stay. Away. BioLife corporate, if you see this please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions about my visit. These are serious issues which must be addressed, otherwise this may happen to the wrong person who will cause legal problems for this location. The lack of accountability here is egregious.

It seems as though the level of professionalism from some of the staff has just disappeared. Also, they seem to be in need of additional employees, because the wait time is excessive. This location is convenient, however, there are other facilities that I will consider in the future. Please be advised that I have sent and email to the address provided TODAY with specific details of my experience at your facility.
