Great experience with sales neg Emilie, she was efficient, personable and didn't harass or push me like other agents have a habit of doing. She sent me a number of properties that fitted my criteria which showed me she had listened to my needs and requirements carefully as oppose to just flooding me with all 2 bed flats in the area. Happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Emilie again, thank you Douglas and Gordon.

I contacted Douglas and Gordon couple months ago upon finding a flat I was very fond of within the local area. My experience with the staff has been exceedingly pleasant. Upon calling I was met with agents who hold themselves to a high standard of excellence and enthusiasm. Michelle has been delightful to work with every step of the way and has been very prompt in responding to all of my queries.
