Went in to collect an order, which turned out to be incorrect. The manager Brendan, went over and above what you would expect to make things right. Unfortunately, a mistake happened, but, as mentioned Brendan REALLY DELIVERED! I believe that true customer service is what you receive when things go wrong. Therefore, my experience today was one that restores faith in peoples decency, kindness and professionalism. Thank you Brendan and Stephie.

Lots of choice of tiles. Well displayed. Staff helpful and explained about their web site which allows you to build a room and try out the tiles. They encourage you to cheaply buy some sample tiles which can be returned for a refund. Tiles for most places kitchen bathroom, floor and wall. Tagging from enormous files to small mosaic tile tiles. What more do you want. Maybe someone to make a decision!
A very pleasant experience. Sat down with one member of staff and worked through the visualiser to come up with a very nice scheme for my bathroom. Never any problem, no matter how many times I'd change something to get to what I wanted. Bought a shedload of stuff and it looks great. Very good staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.
