Nigel responded to my email enquiry within a couple of hours and I went for a viewing the next day! Pianos to suit everyone and Nigel was helpful, extremely knowledgeable and patient! There was no pressure either on time or purchase. I did a part exchange and my new piano was delivered and my old one taken away within 3 days. Good follow up service.
