We just picked up my wife's new Raleigh Motus ebike. A fantastic bike and a fantastic experience at Cyclelife. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service. If you are looking for and ebike, I would definitely recommend Cyclelife in Poundbury. Many thanks Helen and Paul.

I would seriously be concerned regarding, the haibike electric range , after only 17 months from new, had some issues with the back wheel. When asked they said its a common fault, and showed me another customer wheel with the same issue. They also said it only had 1 year warranty, being such a known and potentially dangerous fault at a cost of 2400 i was expecting more.

Great place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Peter is very knowledgeable on the E-Bikes. Lots of information and no pressure. Definitely plan to visit again in the near future.
