Amanda is an amazing coach. She does a great job of holding you to account, whilst remaining compassionate, understanding and friendly. It is more like talking to a friend - and before you know it, your life is more balanced and you're taking more care of yourself, doing more of the things you love and more aware of the things that cause symptoms. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs recovery and/or more balance in life.
