Package was first scheduled to arrive on the 1st of December, I plan my week so I work from home that day. Then it was re-scheduled to the 3rd. So i go clean my schedule to be able to work from home and receive the package that day instead of the 1st. Then on the 3rd at 5pm I get a message that \i was not home\. The delivery guy must have simple been to lazy to even ring the doorbell because I spend the whole day here. My doorbell rings for 1 straight minute until you pick up the intercom so there is no way I wouldn't have heard it. (And yes, I checked if it was working correctly).

I got an e-mail from a collection agency today asking for payment of TNT services plus another 364 Euros for interest and such. TNT Express has still not delivered all of the goods. A driver showed up with 62 boxes for us and we were told that the 63rd and last box would arrive the next day. This never happened and TNT also has made no effort to solve this situation and their solution was to simply pass the bill to a collection agency while ignoring the fact that they have not completed the delivery. I would suggest you avoid this company and their ruthless practices. I'm imagining their employees simply stealing things and then taking them home - I am still wondering where that last box went and have received no explanation.

Slecht bedrijf. Invoer kosten krijg je na 2 weken na ontvangst van je pakket. Beetje vreemd bij andere verzend bedrijven is het zo, je wordt geïnformeerd over de kosten. Wil je deze betalen ja of nee. Zo ja moet je betalen en wordt het pakket doorgevoerd en zo nee wordt het terug gestuurd. TNT laat het pas achteraf weten zodat je, de kosten MOET betalen.
Goed geholpen en altijd makkelijk met laden/lossen
