Amazing service, you can tell they care about their customers. I'm also very happy with the car I purchased, which came with a service. Due to being in the third lockdown they also safely delivered it to my address for free, which was very helpful!

We purchased a car remotely from France and needed a reliable and honest team to help us. We were lucky to come across Dorchester Collection who we highly recommend for their professional, friendly and diligent service. We Skyped with Ben who guided us around the vehicle we were interested in buying and from then on he made the entire purchasing process easy and trouble free from a distance. Great service. Due to not being able to travel to view the car they sent us many detailed videos and photos of the car which was great and lots of communication. They also delivered the vehicle to us free of charge which was brilliant service as we are almost two hours away. Would definitely use this garage again to purchase a vehicle. Many thanks. Btw - love the fiat 500 - can't wait for some sunshine now!

Wow!! What can I say, 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. Fantastic service, can’t thank Ben enough for his help when purchasing a car for my mum. Even during these uncertain times due to covid, the process was carefully completed with the upmost care and respect. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. I recently bought a car from Ben, just as this 3rd lockdown started, but he made it so simple and struggle free! He delivered the car to my doorstep and walked round the car with me to make sure I was happy. A lot of care and effort had clearly been put into the car to bring it up to standard and when it arrived it was pristine! (Impressive considering its a 7 year old car) Ben has been super helpful and has answered any queries I’ve had about the car almost instantly. He even supplied me with 2 new batteries for the keys once I’d already bought the car which goes above and beyond. By FAR the best customer service/experience I’ve ever had whilst buying a car and would 100% return to Dorchester Collections in the future when the time comes. Thanks Ben!
