Great shop with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Had spoken to Graham before visiting with view to putting a battery in my antique timepiece which had a habit of not working. The lady working there brought out a beautiful antique clock for me to see. It was stunning and of course I admired it. She then turned it around and showed me the timepiece was without its mechanisms and had a battery inside. A brilliant illustration of what not to do with a clock. They say every day is a school day and that was a brilliant lesson. The lady tested the \heart\ of my clock and with a tweak had it ticking away happily. When I asked how much I owed - she told me nothing but asked me never to consider putting a battery in. Happy of course to do that. So if you have a timepiece or watch of any description which needs attention Clox on Time should be your first port of call. Highly recommended.

A very bad experience with this Shop, I took my Grandfathers Pocket watch in for repairs, after a couple of weeks they phoned to say it was all working and I could collect. when I turned up to collect I was then told it was not repairable, Not only that, after a while I noticed that part of the watch had been changed as its a different colour to the rest and damaged.Not To Be Trusted
I popped into Clox on time just to have a new battery installed in my watch. Graham not only did that but cleaned the metal strap so it shone beautifully. I have also had excellent \follow up service\ from a great clock repair they carried out a couple of years ago.
