First of all visited the Weymouth branch and spoke to someone there I believe his name was Stuart who gave us a idea what to look for in buying a Mobility Scooter. As we were interested in a second hand scooter and the ones they had in this store where not suitable we went to the Poundbury store were we meet Richard. The first thing Richard asked us was what we wanted from the scooter. He was then able to point us in the right direction. They had a second hand scooter which had all the things we required for my Mother in law. Was encouraged to have a go round the block to see if my Mother in law could handle the scooter ok. Richard is very knowledgeable and answered our questions even if some might have been silly. 3 months insurance is given free but it was decided to take a years insurance so in fact we were given 15 months.My Mother in law felt very comfortable and happy with her purchase. Brought the Scooter on Friday afternoon 24th July and was delivered on Monday 27th July. She was given full instruction how to charge and the charging point was tested. We feel we had brilliant service and in the process know a lot more about Mobility scooters. Would defiantly recommend.
