Codillo con ensalada (braised pork knuckle with garden salad) I think in terms of taste, texture and price-wise this would be the highlight of my trip in San Sebastian; tender fall-off-the-bone flavourful meat with a generous portion of salad greens in a homely place at only 6,5.
