First off worst place I have ever been to. Customer service was terrible the agent I had was completely unprofessional and had no clue what she was doing. Cassandra Espinoza was her name she was very rude showed me an unfinished house. Asked to see another home and she told me no, when I asked why she said “let me put it this way you can’t shop for a corvette when you can only afford a Chevy Malibu.” I have never been so offended in my life. I don’t understand how you would think it’s okay to speak to people this way. I do not recommend this place and I will not be back.

Update! Was Approved TWICE for loan and later after ordering the house, I received an email saying Loan Was Not Approved!! Called palm harbor, I was informed the Loan can be disapproved up the Day before Home Delivery! After Two weeks I Called today about getting my disposit back, was told they need the copies of my cleared checks, Big problem due to my Bank being 400 miles away and on line bank securities won't let me screen shot information. Going in today, again to try to get my money back! Ordered my 1st mobile home from here, 8 years ago. Now my wife and I are looking into upgrading our current home. Waiting to hear back from sales person.
We really wanted to work with the very nice lady who actually cared and tried to help us (I do not remember her name). When it came time to move forward, we found out she had left the company. We tried to get help from another one of their agents, but she was useless and had extremely poor communication skills. Eventually she stopped answering my emails. I guess she didn't feel like doing any real work that wasn't convenient for her.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL! FROM DAY ONE WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND A BUNCH OF PROMISES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN KEPT ALL THEY DO IS POINT FINGERS AT EACH OTHER AND SHIFT BLAME. I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH PALM HARBOR AMD IF I COULD RETURN MY BUSINESS I WOULD UNFORTUNATELY THEY GOT THEYRE MONEY FROM MY END AND AFTER 60 DAYS I HAVE MY FAMILY IN A HOME WITH NO CENTRAL AIR! ITS RIDICULOUS YA SAVE THE HEADACHE GO BUY YOUR MOBILE HE ELSE WHERE. THESE PEOPLE DO BAD BUSINESS
