I took a PCR COVID test and it took 6 phone calls and two weeks later to get my results after having to call the Main office supervisor. It was a very frustrating process.

First they say they take my insurance then once we go to get tested they say oh we don't take your insurance and make us cough up the 100, then they never called us in the hour and a half like they said then we call so many times for them to say They're gonna be calling then they tell us oh we have to go In Person for the results, they make it so hard just to get results do not recommend and make sure they take your insurance beforehand if you do go with them

Took over two and a half hours to receive results. Called to tell me they were ready when they weren’t. Called multiple times to let them know I was there and would just hang up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to this place.

If I could give them a negative stars I would these people are the worst we’ve been here for a little more than 2 hours and they haven’t come test us and they have practically less than 10 cars. Please go else where not worth time waiting especially if you have kids with you

Went to get a COVID test and I was waiting for 2 hours before even getting tested and there wasn’t a line of people just 8 cars. Go get tested anywhere else but here please. It’s a waste of time.
