This is something we have encountered as well on our own path of recovery and change while dealing with addiction, burnout, compassion fatigue, depression, breakup, war…. It took us some time to find the right ways, approaches to heal ourselves and move forward in our lives. Of course, it was more empowering going through transitions and changes with the support of others, only we decided to SHIFT, to transmute the pain and grief into understanding and compassion. We’ve been practicing and studying different approaches, modalities in the area of human development as the combination of western psychology and alternative healing.
