Lovely furniture, for the living room, dining and bedrooms. Wish we had been before and purchased our living room furniture from here. Well only bought a couple of items for a bedroom xx Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Really worth a visit.

I have just visited the store to look at some reclining chairs. The salesman made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward. He was dismissive almost to the point of being rude. I went into store alone and not dressed in smart trousers with shirt and tie, which he may have judged me as someone not worth 'bothering with', but I can assure him my money is exactly the same as someone who comes in with a suit and tie. Ponsfords of Sheffield on the other hand, treated me as a valued customer, but unfortunately did not have the chair in stock I wanted. I rang the store and put this complaint to the sales manager. Gave 2 stars because the shop is well laid out.
