This is a deceitful company. Strongly suggest you avoid at all costs. After arranging a no commitment quote I was asked to pay up-front for an energy survey to establish the viability of an air source heat pump. I was initially asked to pay 30% of the total expected cost (Yes insane!) and after refusing he dropped the price to 250. He did however assure me that this would be fully refundable should I not go ahead with the installation. After reviewing the cost benefit of the installation it became apparent that this solution would not be viable however Turbine Energy then refused to refund the 250 as agreed. Crooks - avoid at all costs.
