I've seen Ken for 2 weeks now and massive improvement. Very kind and not intimidating. Can't rate him highly enough.
a very positive experience with everyone I have met there. all the team were very knowledgeable in their field and had some good advice. my only criticism would be that on entering the front door there is nobody to welcome you. I understand it is an expensive cost but a receptionist would bring this all the way to five stars. be aware that if you just drop in you could be waiting quite a while before speaking to anyone.
