Quick delivery and good quality decking, about to make another purchase from them
Contracted to have a new set of fence panels and custom gate supplied and installed. The chap who fitted the tricky custom gate was spot-on. Had the fence panels if for a couple of years now and they are still perfect.
My experience is poor customer service. Had to hang around in a cold unheated showroom in winter for nearly 10 minutes to to served while a young lady went to find someone to deal with my enquiry. I could clearly see the person that eventually came to the counter finishing his cigarette in the back office. I later had to phone repeatedly to try and get a response in order to check some dimensions but knobody ever got back to me even though I had left my number with two different people. They didn't get my business.
