AFTERCARE IS SHOCKING My father bought a brand new car from them and has a fault on the car. Tried to call and couldn't get though to anyone in service department all he could get was sales. He drove down to them and was refused anyone to look at the fault also for a chat with a mechanic to see if it was safe to drive. Your lucky if the car starts, he was offered an appointment in a weeks time and sent on his way. His car is needed daily for work and wasn't offered a courtesy car for him to leave his car there for them to look at their leisure.

Contacted stoneacre about a car they had just taken in as part exchange. It had already been sent to Newark auctions thought I had missed chance of buying it. However Greg was exceptionally helpful above and beyond and managed to organise for my hubby to buy it back from the auction house prior to auction. I cannot praise his customer service enough. He was polite, very helpful and got the job done. Hubby is very happy with the car very smooth and easy transaction
