Shoddy care and no interest in patients. I booked a self pay consultation with a consultant. He was due to call at 16:15. at 1645 I called to hospital to ask what had happened. I was advised he had been delayed but they had only just been told. What rubbish. If they are selling his services they should be aware of his movements. No one bothered to call me and no one was in the slightest bit interested . The shirty receptionist couldn't have cared less. The consultant did ring up 45 minutes late but by then I only had 10 minutes before my next client. Unlike him, I won't keep them waiting. Wouldn't even bother booking. Delays happen but common courtesy demands a call from the hospital to advise. Avoid like the plague.

Had my op in December and still in alot of pain, even tho there is pandemic MR Wilkinson, still took the time to go into work and see me, I due a metal plate out next month, MR Wilkinson as been amazing. And I would recommend him !!!!
I had my hip replacement performed by Mr Bruce on the 10th of october just a week ago and I can say I am so impressed with the outcome i'm virtually pain free . I have a very neat wound so A* mr bruce and his lovely team for my top notch care thank you so very much I feel I now finally getting my life back
