Had a perforated appendix that was missed between these and DRI over 5 months that ended up being gangrene. The receptionist are really polite and helpful however a lot of the GPS seem to be very arrogant and they don't like to listen, only tell you what their computer says. I was also batted between GP and DRI numerous times with no one wanting to take ownership. If you want to live and be looked after by our NHS then this isn't the place to be. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Can never get through to them to get an appointment. Been trying for days to get the missus an appointment. Got through the other day at 8.15 and all appointments were taken try again. Its 8.13 at the time of this review and the phone line still isn't open yet. They need to sort out there phone lines and actually have a reliable call opening time because its ridiculous.

So rude. When you call its blatantly obvious they're not interested and God help you if you need to ask a question. 'Ur down for a phone call' and then slamming phone down is disgusting. Horrendous place, and a nightmare for anyone with anxiety that struggles making a call in the first place.

Tried to call all morning (10 times) left it ringing for 4 minutes each time and still no answer!!! If there’s no appointments left then fine but at least answer the phone to tell me that rather than ignoring it!!!
