Great value for money, got everything that I wanted at the right price. Staff very helpful and polite . Just a bit strange wearing a mask though.... But it is what it is in these circumstances. Can I say that one of the staff was very helpful, I think her name was Lilly, very helpful and polite. Thank You. Definitely Recommend this store.

Someone on the door letting you know when you could go in and that you can't currently try on anything. Went in for 30w 34l jeans. None in. If you want tall clothes I was advised by a helpful and friendly member of staff it would be best to check/order online.

Given 5 stars as I've stopped here for years, it's a nice large store but when it's less than half an hour before store closes you sure know about it from the staff, you basically feel stalked and are constantly reminded to hurry up, if the store closed in 5 minutes for example as long as that store isnt closed I have a right to shop. A word of advice matalan your new scan your own shopping is an amazing feature to take the load off your staff that is as long as customers are actually paying, i saw someone stealing next to me as they didnt scan an item, staff should be watching out because isnt fair on honest customers and is too tempting for shop lifters and too easy.

Everything was fine until we went to the checkout area. We queued for 40mins and the employees seemed to be deliberately slowing everyone down. We won’t be going again any time soon.
