Do not deal with these people they are the lowest of the low no empathy or compassion. Also poor quality parts that do not fit and they will not accept when they are wrong. I have been in the motor trade since I was four years old and never come across a more unscrupulous company

Received damaged wing from them. They wouldn't take back as it wasn't opened when the courier dropped off. Offered 50/50 payment on the wing but was unable to use it due to being so damaged. Had to order an another unit to get the car sorted out. Still trying to get the 1st one back as they are not accepting the poor handing of their products. Currently out of pocket by 60 as a result. Can't say the customer service is the best on the matter, VERY unhelpful. If your product is good as you make out it too be.... take responsibility til the very end! Day 5 of the matter.... still on going.

Shame I can't give a lower rating. 1 star is a compliment. Parts come damaged and mis handled, returns are an impossibility to them as they change there terms more often than anything else. Very poor customer service and to top it off you dare complain and you get blocked. Absolutely shocking!

Would give 0 stars if possible, spent 1000s with this company over the past few years just to be fobbed off and given awful customer service, they sent me the wrong bumper, i asked for a return, never collected bumper, months passed tried to get this resolved only to be told refund had never been started, blamed me? told me wasnt worth returning anyway as would only receive 70 back and not worth my while? really? rude customer service, nobody seems to know whats going on, will be taking my business and elsewhere in future where i actually get treated like a customer should. Also gone massively down hill over the past months since using 3rd party delivery and changed online pricing system. SORT IT OUT
