Its really not up to scratch. Not enough doctors and other medical staff, very long waits for appointments. Nothing seems to run on time (even the very first appointment of the day, I mean how do you managed to screw that up?). Reception staff are also extremely rude and can't be bothered to run the front desk. The building is nice, but its been poorly run for several years now.

The main problem at the practice are the receptionists. Their attitude borders on rudeness and this is simply unacceptable. They are unhelpful and uncaring. This situation has been highlighted on many previous occasions and its well past the time that something was done about it. The actions of a few inept arrogant individuals mar this health centre.

I've been trying to call for an hour and a half and just says line is busy, considering its not walk in because of covid and you are relying on a phone call this service is appauling!

Doctor arranged a on line phone call, never rang. Called over 20 times the following day phone constantly busy. Need more extensions. One number is not enough.

I fetched my son in today for his 12 month injections we had a phone call earlier in the day to say only one parent was allowed to go with him now when I got there the waiting room was empty so I thought yeah they are taking things seriously and minimising the amount of people in there at any one Time until I get called in to the nurse I entered the room to find 3 different people in there one was the nurse who did my sons injections while I held him and comforted him as he found this quite painful now the other nurse stood there and did nothing and neither did the woman sat down these 3 women were all most probably from different households and have absolutely no need to be in there ut the are and I can't even go in with my partner who lives in the same house to comfort my son at a time which is quite horrific for a 1 year old it's an absolute joke
