If you enjoy driving and working with the public, sometimes it can be challenging but First will train you to a professional standard. You are expected to maintain that standard at all times. The pay rate is excellent as well as 25 allocated Holidays each year. There is plenty of support available for when you need it. A good company to work for.

Waited in a freezing cold Doncaster “Interchange” for 17 minutes for the 54 to arrive. When it arrived the ignorant driver wouldn’t let any passengers on because the till was broken. Waited 10 minutes for an engineer. Waited another 10 minutes for the brainiacs to fit a replacement till. Then the automatic doors wouldn’t open so the bus had to move down to the next stop. In the end I took one sniff of the urine stench on the bus and decided to get a taxi. If this would’ve happened in Manchester, the driver would have apologised and let the 5 passengers on for free. Typical backwards Doncaster.

We are sick and tired of buses pulling up outside our side wall on goodison boulevard at all times from 4am till 11 pm aprox with engines running this is NOT a bus stop but drivers pull up because they are to early to go into the terminus it our human right to have a good night's sleep without a buses engine disturbing us could you please get someone to contact us as to why this is happening

Buses either don't turn up or are late at least half of the time
