Purchased a Vauxhall zafira tourer from this dealership on Monday. Absolutely DELIGHTED with the car and the service we received and experienced on the day. The car had just been cleaned and valeted prior to our arrival which we weren’t sure would happen as the appointment was fairly short notice. I have to say we knew almost immediately we wanted it as it was ABSOLUTELY immaculate outside and in throughout like a new motor. Couldn’t believe it was even 4yrs old. Then we were allowed to take it for test drive without our sales assistant Billy - which again impressed as there’s obviously trust in you and their car !!!! It drove as good as it looked absolutely amazing!!! We have now had it 4 days no problems and it’s like driving a new car. And to say that an alternative same car at Available car locally was over a grand more for a 6mth older vehicle more owners and no service history whereas this one had full Vauxhall one each year - suffice to say we are MADE up !!!! Our sales assistant- Billy Chapman dealt with us pleasantly courteously and efficiently throughout with NO pressure at all. We did decide to take advantage of a 2 yr extended warranty with AA. breakdown cover for both yrs seen as car was such a good price which they also gave us at a discount!!!! Totally delighted all round with our amazing new car the customer service we received from Billy and our all round experience - WELL worth the drive to Donny !!!!! Can highly recommend this dealership!!! Massive thanks to Billy and Evans Halshaw Citroen Doncaster!!!! A VERY happy Mr and Mrs Dobney
