Husband went today for tetanus as a dog had bitten him. Staff brilliant, all safe, in and out. Fantastic service even tho Covid-19.

Absolute JOKE!! My wife has been in absolute AGONY for just over a week and today was the final straw. She'd gone to A&E today and the receptionist announced it wasn't an emergency (not even a medical professional). The place was dead, 0 people waiting. Now I'm going to call 999 for an ambulance and that receptionist is the reason for it, you are responsible!

Depends what department you going to. Some are 100% good others are just the opposite. Needs good managers who know what they are doing.
