Thankyou guys at cycle supreme! I took my sons new bike in today as the threads weren't very good on his crank arm. They re-tapped the crank and fitted my new pedals in no time at all and for free! Thanks again. Highly recommended.

My grandson's bike needed a new back wheel. I phoned up to get a price and to see if they had stock, very helpfull and polite,had in stock ask if i needed the cogs putting on. I drove to the shop 10-15 mins the wheel was ready by the time I arrived.Very good service. I will definitely recommend this shop.
What a great team - just had a new drive train fitted to my Ghost. We discussed the various options available with pros and cons of each. Great service at a fair price would always recommend them!
Booked the bike in the shop and they stated 3-4 days to look at it. 6 days later still not looked at it. The man on the call said we had 100s of bikes in after you!!!. Then said he would look at it that day......They didnt when i called to check on progress the day after. Final the chain was changed which was a hours jobs. Poor customer service, and a couldnt careless attitude. I was also in the market for a new bike. Wont be giving this shop my money. If they communicated better or had a system where bikes could be booked in and turned around in an accept time it would help.
