Registered and made a small shop. Once packed it says 1to 5 days to ship ? It took 12 days including 4 weekend days . Slow yes but it is Christmas rush. So all arrived,with no missing items. Excellent bargains. ,very happy ,but don’t expect express delivery. Emails or phone voice messages are not answered but again it is a busy time of year. I’m very happy customer. Thanks clearance XL. Will shop again

Customer service is non-existant will not refund just threats, over 15 days now and no refund for mouldy goods sent out by clearance xl have done everything that they asked for but still no joy all i want is a refund for goods not fit for purpose, if you use this company (lol) take your chances if you get faulty goods as you get no joy from paul the owner of the company as he just don't care all he wants is your money and don't want to give it back just send any old goods out he don't care what happens after the sale *******AVOID AT ALL COST YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED****** Update - well waited the 30 days that they reckon for them to investigate but no contact and no refund just threats from their caring customer care LOL so still only give them 1 star
