Used scan and go as I always do. You can now select not to have a receipt, which I did. Alarm goes off at main doors because there’s a security tag. I don’t have a receipt, helping the environment. Now I have to stand by the entrance while they search CCTV on a Saturday afternoon in prime view. Security wouldn’t take the tag off the box, apparently they don’t. Forgot something so had to come back in to have the security guard standing watching me. Nice!!!!

Absolutely shocking !! To say we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are restrictions and government guidelines to try and keep us all safe and reduce the spread of infection , this supermarket clearly has not got a clue. The majority of the staff walk around the store with a mask covering their chins, they stand around in the Isles talking to each without masks on . The store is packed full of groups of teenagers not wearing masks and adults walking around who clearly need a lesson in how to wear a mask properly. I have called in today and the store is packed with customers queuing down the isles, very little to NO social distancing. Why is there nobody ensuring guidelines are adhered to ? Other supermarkets i have visited recently have managed very well to make their stores safer. Maybe its just that this store doesn't care.

Great Asda, very clean very friendly helpful staff, nothings to much trouble for the staff and if they can help they will. Good selection of foods and beverages. Clothing section for adults and children. In store pharmacy is always happy to answer any questions you may have. Great for filling your monthly prescription as well. Loads of room to park. With cash points and even a small cafe that's still open, which is quite rare for Asda now.

Visited the store at 5pm today. I would like to know why a member of staff (marshal) wasn't wearing a face mask. How can you expect customers adhere to the rules when some of your staff don't. The majority of customers were adhering to the regulations but there was still those that think they are immune ( or just ignorant ) .
