Varied service, Two drivers Shelly and Ross very professional, Courteous and smart with great mannerisms, safe drivers who were always on time with clean vehicles and chatty. Two other drivers One called mike wearing combat trousers, a hoody, who doesn’t open doors unless you struggle was late, another called Trish who doesn’t open doors, drives a dented and rusty old car no doubt due to her driving over small roundabouts and cutting junctions whilst answering the phone, who clearly smokes in the vehicle as it smelt of stale cigarettes. Donald the owner a cheeky chap who shows good knowledge and a courteous manner mixed with humour. So 3 out of 5 drivers good, 2 were awful in customer service, driving, as well as standard/cleanliness of vehicle. Donald runs a fleet of old vehicles that need to be modernized and has an incredibly rude female radio operator that is so unpleasant to hear giving drivers an ear bashing, I felt sorry and embarrassed for the drivers tolerating it. A few staff changes and modernization then it would be a great company with good character I’m sure as the foundations are in.
Absolutely best taxi ever. Donald and Trish so so friendly never let us down and always on time prices are amazing. We love em to bits would never go elsewhere.
On a recent trip to Cornwall I found Donald and his team to be more than exceptional. Over three days in Cornwall I used them often. Very helpful with our needs, professional, and prompt. I recommend them highly. If I return to Cornwall I will certainly call on them again.
