After a shaky start and a Christmas without a washing machine D&G pulled out all the stops and ordered a replacement machine for me. Yes it took 2 days before the order could be placed but having been waiting over a month 2 days was nothing - I received first class treatment from both D&G staff and Hotpoint - I was kept up to date constantly by email or text of the progress of my order and today I have a brand new washing machine working great in my garage. So I was quick to complain about the machine not working so I am being quick to praise the prompt attention and solution that D&G did for me - all I can say is thank goodness I had insurance and thank you both D&G and Hotpoint - sorted and happy :D
