Brilliant service received! My washing machine is under a service plan with Domestic and General but they couldn't come out for 2 weeks - I can't wait that long with 2 young children. So I called Domestic Appliances and David was with me within the hour. I now have a working washing machine! I am so pleased and will definitely be cancelling my contract when it is due for renewal - nobody can be without an essential appliance for that long and with no guarantee they would get it working. Thank you guys :-)

Fast, polite, trustworthy. Safe working. I would recommend. Fixed the dishwasher quickly and explained what had happened and why. Left us the damaged part. Had replacement with him in the vehicle so done in one visit. Cheers Dave!
