Once this was a far away lonely destination from Dombivli but now a days in Dec.20 it is almost populated and fully surrounded location with small chawls. Still this is one of the favorite destination for morning & evening walkers short city riders. The Sunrise is the still one of the attractions of this place. This small hill with the nice temple and few well constructed steps are worth climbing. Once you reach at the temple the surrounding area is big open area which will cool down you. Just walk back side till the end of the hill and you can see the long end eye catching view. from top. There you can see the abandoned stone quarry ruins and upcoming construction projects at horizon. On the right u can see the sunset in the evening. On the long view you could see running trains, Creek and Mumbra Devi Mountain. If you walk down the hill and walk through the dusty road you can reach to a very nice Wetaleshwar Temple. It's good small temple surrounded by lush green trees and really neat and clean place. Over all they are keeping the place neat and clean. Tough some people are using it for late evening parties but worth visiting in day lights. One of the good short ride destination for kids and local cyclists. As usual humble request Please keep the place clean and don't throw plastic around.

It had become dry because of non maintenance. Views are okay. People can walk around. The place is not plain. Air is less polluted. A bit untidy. The corporation should try maintain the place. Can turn into a nice garden. Car and bikes can go upto the steps. Few easy steps upwards.

Bhopal tekdi is the only place in Dombivli where you can witness Sun setting or rising among the mountains. The place has chairs to sit. Litters lie around hopelessly even though dustbins are alloted.Best time to visit : During sunrise and Sunset. I recommended to go there on a two wheeler.
