This was one of our favorite places to eat during 3 weeks in Wales! What a surprise find!!!! The BEST tasting tea, the best food, and amazing desserts. Lemon pots, honey buns, shortbread -- all to die for! We even bought more to take with us. The owner probably thought we were nuts exclaiming how good something as simple as tea could be, but we had such a lovely time there for lunch, she needs to know how much we loved her place and that we think of it often.

This a smart 3 in 1 with quality running as a thread right through it. As a clothing and accessories shop it is a tidy and well stocked casual place to browse. As a tea shop it is quaint and full of excellent cakes and a range of teas etc. From the pretty china and silver stylish tea pots you can't go wrong. And then there is the wonderful small eatery out back with a sun trapped yard outside. Brilliant soups, and terrific salads and more. Visit Dolgellau and you must visit Gwyndy

Vegetable soup & sticky toffee pudding for afters lovely would highly recommend
