After many years of physiotherapy I am so pleased to have found Ann. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge and explains everything she is doing and why so that you understand what has gone wrong and how you can improve your own health. She is gentle but extremely effective. Her particular knowledge and specialism is hypermobility and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Far and away the very best Physio that I shave ever been to. She is a miracle worker!
I went to Ann on recomendation and found her to be a miracle worker! She is extremely gentle and careful. There is no pain when she works on me and she ends with ultrasound and a gentle massage which helps ease my back and neck a lot. She takes a holistic view of the problem, looking at posture and all your muscles and how they connect which is great because, rather than ask you where the pain is and work on only that area (as I found other physiotherapists often do), she asks where the pain is but then checks you all over as the problem might be somewhere else. For example, with me, the pain is in my neck and lower back but it turns out the problem comes from my middle back not moving enough and my neck and lower back moving too much to compensate. Ann also specialises in hypermobility. She also is very caring and really wants to understand where your pain is, what causes it and how to make it better. She treats you like an individual.
