Great food. Great service. Polite, friendly, professional staff. The Yorkshire puddings definitely weren't Aunt Bessie's either. A spotlessly clean, relaxing environment with good easy listening music. The only disappointment was we couldn't manage one of your lovely dessert's. Definitely next time. Thank you all.

Well my wife and mother in law were treated very well on our arrival. We sat outside and ordered drinks. We looked at the reduced menue and chose our meals. They had fish and chips, I had beer battered sjrooms and chicken stroganoff. It all came piping hot, not greasy and the fish was a big fat fillet. Crispy batter that wasn't greasy either. Lovely setting and fab food, with drinks came out at just over a tenner each. Oh it's the best pub on this side of the road. Plenty of parking too.

Brilliant afternoon sat outside, the service was perfect along with our lunch, we popped there yesterday and so decided to return and eat, it really is one of our fav places, great village so pretty
