Staff so helpful and friendly. Shop has lots of bits you can't get anywhere else. Staff give good advice for those of us who definitely need it!

I bought a lightbulb but when having taken the cover off of the light, I realised it was the wrong one, the one I needed was very small and flat. As I was unable to take the dud one out, I took a photo and went back to Dodgsons. They managed to get a number off of my photo - went to the back of the shop and produced the correct one! Not only that they took the incorrect one back and refunded the difference. How wonderful it is, in this day and age, to be served and attended to personally. They have gained a loyal customer in me!!
