Open sign on show, times sign states 1400-2100 open but upon visiting at 14:20 we were told he isnt open until 16:00 very disappointing

Very rude server! I support two adults with learning disabilities..I understand the rule of two with covid...but they need support! Will not be using again because of this reason. She needs to training on customer service!
