Staff are polite and helpful. All fish is clearly labelled and fairly priced. Was amazed at how much I got for my money. Will be going back now that we know where they are.

Pretty disappointing overall. Firstly the fresh fish especially the crab and whelks were rather old tired and not particularly good. Overpowering and very strong vinegar on the cockles. The price is rather high in comparison to costco etc. Apart from the younger lad who served us the staff were unpleasant and gave off an unhappy atmosphere, particularly a younger darker haired lady. We traveled a bit of a while to this store looking for fresh crab after seeing how much effort had gone into the website and Facebook, unfortunately the product does not reflect the marketing.
