We weren't told the methods of production of each wine served with the tasting menu. Just where it's from and the note it gives away.. beside, all those info's were given us at the speed of the light. Couldn't catch much. Then I don't know if the ingredients are locally sourced cause again this info wasn't given us. The bass was crispy on the skin and a bit tough on the flesh. Amazing espresso martini. Average service.

Amazing food and service. Great eating experience, why travel to Chester, Manchester and London when the food at Docket 33 more than competes. We had the tasting menue which is very good value for this style of cooking and experience. The cheese board with home made digestive is a must.
